Site Menu. The Pauline Foster Teen Center's beach-theme welcomes teens to relax, hang out, and enjoy the wide range of programs offered by Teen Center staff. The 3,square-foot area includes two study rooms, a game room, 14 computers and a snack area. Though this fun area may tempt visitors of all ages, only those 12 to 18 years old are allowed.

Youthscapers is a nonprofit yard-work company based out of the Brookline Teen Center. Youthscapers employs high school aged youth who have little to no job experience and want to change that. Youthscapers provides supported skill development, a fair wage, and real world work experience while providing a valuable service to the community. Through this job, teens gain confidence, self-discipline, develop a strong work ethic, and will have an overall better understanding of their strengths and capabilities. Furthermore, teens participating in this program will significantly improve their outlook for obtaining and maintaining future jobs.
Adolescence and young adulthood are unparalleled periods of development, growth, and opportunity. The Youth Collaborative is dedicated to fostering healthy development and positively impacting the community. We offer clinical services, research opportunities, and education programs focused on preventing and addressing youth substance use, while also encouraging young people to pursue careers in science and discovery.
John Randall started the organization in with a vision of providing a space for teens to gather and enjoy performing and visual arts at The Shop, which included art galleries, poetry slams, and live music - all managed by the teens themselves, with adult supervision. The Shop averaged 30 events per year and attendance ranged from teens who paid admission to the events to support the operation. John Randall was honored as Volunteer of the Year by the Sonoma Valley Education Foundation in as recognition for his contributions to valley youth. Niels Chew was the Alcalde in large part for his ongoing support of youth in the valley, which includes The Shop and the VOM Teen Center on whose boards he also served.
