The men behind the controversial Bikini Girls Massage parlour have been told by the Perth Supreme Court they cannot carry on running the business unless they register the name. They have also been ordered to stop distributing or displaying any literature, pamphlet, flyer or signage that contains the unregistered Bikini Girls Massage moniker. Consumer Protection Commissioner Anne Driscoll had launched legal action against Bon Levi and Colin Burton to stop them from operating an unregistered business as well as placing misleading recruitment advertisements. Last Friday, Justice Ralph Simmonds ordered that signage displaying the name Bikini Girls Massage must be obscured at their Applecross premises on Canning Highway within seven days, while their website must be taken down within 14 days. The Supreme Court also prevented Mr Levi and Mr Burton from placing any recruitment advertisements unless they included a clear statement that job seekers will be required to massage nude men while wearing bikinis or similar clothing, if that is what they will be required to do.

Bikini Girls Massage
Bikini Girls Massage is no more after an order from the Supreme Court banning business operators Bon Levi and Colin Burton trading under that name or any other unlicensed business name. Beleaguered Mr Levi and Mr Burton, whose exploits in spruiking their business through flyers left under windscreen wipers is well-documented, have also been banned from placing advertisements for staff unless they explicitly state potential applicants will have to massage nude men while wearing bikinis. They must stop distributing literature, pamphlets, flyers or any other signage with the unregistered business name and within seven days all signs with the name Bikini Girls Massage at their Canning Highway shopfront must be hidden. Their website must be disabled within two weeks, Justice Ralph Simmons ruled. The court will rule at the end of the year whether the orders remain permanent.
Bon Levi, who has a long list of convictions, recently resurfaced in the Wheatbelt town opening up a new shop called Bikini Girls Massage. Levi, who has had around 14 aliases, once ran the now defunct Bikini Girls Massage parlour that operated in Fremantle a decade ago. In , Consumer Protection launched legal action against Levi and his former business partner Colin Burton following complaints that job ads failed to mention that employees would be required to wear bikinis while massaging naked or mostly naked men. The ads also claimed applicants would be trained and provided qualifications and failed to mention that employees would effectively be sub-contractors who had to rent facilities from the operators. The pair had failed to register the Fremantle business.
