One of FASA’s community service projects this year included knitting nests for babies at the Wildlife Rescue. Mary O’Hara, Director of Development, and Ashley Kees, Hospital Coordinator at the Wildlife Rescue & Rehabilitation, sent their appreciation to all the FASA members who participated in this event. They also sent these adorable photos showing just how much the babies appreciated their nests. Caryl Gaubatz, Gay Burgess, Silvia Sarinana, and Vesna Zrinski were among the FASA members who contributed their time and yarn to make these comfy little retreats.
The Hill Country Arts Foundation Juried Members Show runs from 23 FEB- 30 MAR 2-18. This year the theme was “Myths and Muses.” Works by FASA members J’cil Horn and Caryl Gaubatz are included in the exhibit.
